  1. Reservations and Bookings
  • Advance Booking: We highly recommend booking in advance to ensure vehicle availability. While we do accommodate last-minute requests when possible, availability is not guaranteed.
  • Confirmation: A reservation is not considered confirmed until you receive a formal confirmation email or booking reference number from us.
  • Accuracy of Information: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate details at the time of booking, including dates, times, pickup/drop-off locations, and flight numbers for airport transfers.
  1. Pricing and Payments
  • Rates: All quoted rates are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change if the itinerary, vehicle type, or passenger count is modified.
  • Additional Fees: Fares may be subject to additional charges, including but not limited to wait time, extra stops, tolls, parking fees, and a standard chauffeur gratuity, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fare and any subsequent fees incurred during service.
  1. Cancellations and Modifications
  • Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans change. Cancellations must be made within our required timeframe to avoid penalties. Please review our complete Refund Policy for detailed information regarding cancellation windows and applicable fees.
  • Modifications: Any changes to an existing reservation (e.g., time, location, vehicle) are subject to availability and may result in an adjustment to the final fare.
  1. Passenger Conduct and Responsibilities
  • Prohibited Activities: Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.
  • Alcohol Policy: Consumption of alcohol is only permitted in vehicles with a partition (e.g., stretch limousines, certain sprinter vans) and only by passengers who are of legal drinking age (21+ in Illinois).
  • Damage and Cleaning Fees: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental by them or any member of their party. A detailing/cleaning fee (typically up to $250 or more, depending on severity) will be charged for excessive messes, spills, or sickness occurring inside the vehicle.
  • Passenger Capacity: Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their legal seating capacity.
  1. Delays and Liability
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Chicago Luxury Limo is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter. While we strive to be on time, we are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by unsafe road conditions, heavy traffic, accidents, extreme weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for any personal items, luggage, or belongings left in the vehicle during or after the trip. However, we will make every reasonable effort to locate and return forgotten items.
  1. Airport Transfers
  • Flight Tracking: For airport pickups at O’Hare and Midway, we track your incoming flight. However, it is the passenger’s responsibility to notify us of any significant flight changes, missed connections, or cancellations.
  • Wait Time: A standard grace period is provided for airport pickups (typically 30 minutes for domestic and 60 minutes for international flights after landing). Wait time charges will apply once the grace period has expired.
